THOR owns and leases heavy-duty trucks, trailers, commercial real estate, industrial buildings, offices and land. THOR is NOT a motor carrier, freight broker, or transportation provider, and does not haul, dispatch, or manage loads on behalf of any client. All operational, regulatory, and safety responsibilities of any leased equipment rest exclusively with the lessee.

Wyoming shall be the sole and exclusive forum for any lawsuit, claim, or proceeding of any nature whatsoever.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data, arising from use of this website or any leased property or equipment.
